Returns Policy
At NDjin Gallery, we aim to ensure that you’re delighted with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Here’s everything you need to know about our return process:
1. Our 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
2. Before You Purchase
All our products are made to order, tailored to your specific needs, preferences, and space. We kindly request that you carefully consider your purchase before placing your order.

3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@ndjin.co.uk. We’ll guide you through the process and provide detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Returns must be sent to the following address:

4. Return Shipping and Refunds
If your return is approved:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping. We require returns to be sent via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For or DPD with adequate insurance to protect the item during transit.
- Please ensure that your item is safely and securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping. Use sturdy boxes, protective materials like bubble wrap, and seal your package tightly.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund, including the cost of return postage. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
5. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase and a completed reason for return form, which we will provide upon your request.
6. A Final Note
While we’re happy to accept returns, we encourage our customers to select carefully, as all of our prints are created on demand to meet your unique needs. By choosing the right size, dimensions, and placement initially, you help us minimise waste and ensure sustainability—a value we’re passionate about at NDjin Gallery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at sales@ndjin.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
