Shipping Destinations

Currently, we offer shipping within the UK.

International destinations are coming soon, with localised printing planned in Germany and the USA to ensure faster delivery and eco-friendly practices.

Dispatch & Delivery Information

  • Order Dispatch: We aim to dispatch print orders within 1-3 days of purchase. Framed orders take slightly longer, typically 3-7 days, as each frame is carefully handcrafted.
  • Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 6-10 working days, with many arriving sooner.

Our standard shipping method is Royal Mail First Class Signed For, but we may occasionally use other carriers, such as DPD.

While we strive to meet these timelines, delays may sometimes occur, and we cannot guarantee delivery times for shipments.

How Our Shipping Rates Work

At NDjin Gallery, we believe in clarity and fairness when it comes to shipping. Here's how our delivery charges are applied to ensure your artwork reaches you smoothly:

  • Print Delivery: Charges are calculated per order, so you can add multiple prints to your basket without extra delivery costs.
  • Framed Delivery: Charges apply per frame, as careful handling and packaging are essential to preserve the quality of your framed pieces.
  • Mixed Orders: When ordering both unframed prints and framed artwork, the shipping rate for framed delivery will apply, reflecting the additional care required for these items.

Examples of How Shipping Rates Are Applied

To make things crystal clear, here are some examples of how our delivery rates work:

  • Multiple Prints Only: If you order 5 prints in a single order, only one print delivery charge will apply.
  • Multiple Frames Only: If you order 2 frames in a single order, delivery charges will apply for each frame individually.
  • Mixed Orders (Frames + Prints):
    • For 1 frame and 2 prints in a single order, the delivery charge for 1 frame will apply.
    • For 2 frames and 2 prints in a single order, delivery charges will apply for both frames.

This ensures that every item, especially framed pieces, is delivered with the utmost care and precision, reflecting our commitment to quality at every step.

 


Returns & Refunds

At NDjin Gallery, we aim to ensure that you’re delighted with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Here’s everything you need to know about our return process:


1. Our 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


2. Before You Purchase
All our products are made to order, tailored to your specific needs, preferences, and space. We kindly request that you carefully consider your purchase before placing your order.

  • Think about where you’ll install your print or framed print.
  • Double-check its size, dimensions, and how it complements your space.

3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@ndjin.co.uk. We’ll guide you through the process and provide detailed instructions on how to return your item.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Returns must be sent to the following address:

4. Return Shipping and Refunds
If your return is approved:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping. We require returns to be sent via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For or DPD with adequate insurance to protect the item during transit.
  • Please ensure that your item is safely and securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping. Use sturdy boxes, protective materials like bubble wrap, and seal your package tightly.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund, including the cost of return postage. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

5. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase and a completed reason for return form, which we will provide upon your request.

6. A Final Note
While we’re happy to accept returns, we encourage our customers to select carefully, as all of our prints are created on demand to meet your unique needs. By choosing the right size, dimensions, and placement initially, you help us minimise waste and ensure sustainability—a value we’re passionate about at NDjin Gallery.
